Motorbike differential incorporates epicyclic reducer inside endless screw reducer

The differential includes an epicyclic reducer incorporated inside an endless screw reducer. The epicyclic reducer has a rotor shaft with a gear at one end meshed inside the screw reducer, and a bearing supporting the gear. The differential is supported on the engine body and front/back covers, with both reducers coaxial with each other.
