<p>The barrier has a major profile post (12) extending from the ground (U). A longitudinal axis (A) running protective barrier is provided and a spacer arrangement (16) is coupled to the protective barrier and the profile post. The spacer becomes distorted during impact. The spacer is towards the longitudinal axis and two parallel bent connecting sides are provided. The sides are attached at a base section of the profile post and over a contact section (28, 30) for connection with the protective barrier.</p> |
