<p>The building chimney inspection system has a camera platform with a coupling plate (41) and a control module (43) inside a protective housing (1). The housing has a high quality non- rusting cylindrical steel casing (3) and outer (33) and inner (35) and annular spaces filled with mineral wool thermal insulation. A suspension cable with a gastight connection (22.1) holds the top end of the protective housing and passes through a lead-through tube (7.1).
