PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ATM monitor support system being equipped with a monitor computer, transmitting and receiving information between the monitor computer and a computer for a monitor center via a network, and quickly and precisely holding the abnormality, performances and operation states of an automatic teller machine and to provide the monitor computer, the computer for the monitor center, and a record medium. SOLUTION: This ATM monitor support system comprises the monitor 2 computer monitoring the automatic teller machine 11 and the computer 3 for the monitor center, and the monitor computer 2 and the computer 3 for the monitor center receive and transmit information via the network 6 so as to monitor and support the automatic teller machine 11. This ATM monitor support system is provided with a mechanism monitoring the abnormality of the automatic teller machine 11 and a mechanism for maintaining and controlling the automatic teller machine 11. |
