摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which a computer easily and efficiently estimates a plurality of deterioration factors and a lifecycle cost of a concrete structure by using a geographical information system and a plurality of databases. <P>SOLUTION: A database 9 includes a topographical database 901, a database of objects to be estimated 903, a weather environment database 905, a database of concrete blending at each area 907 and the like. A user estimates the deterioration of concrete structures in the whole country by using an interactive mode of the computer 3 in the system for estimating deterioration and lifecycle cost 1. When the user specifies a concrete structure which is an object to be estimated, a value and a rank of estimation are calculated for each estimation item and displayed on a display 5. The user also examines the lifecycle cost calculated for each of items of the maintenance management policy, the content of maintenance management and the content of check, and thereby can carry out checking and repairing the structure on schedule at a reasonable cost and at the suitable time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
