Method of delivering a live organism product

A live organism product wherein the organisms are in a dormant state and are suspended in a liquid carrier which is substantially moisture-free. The carrier is comprised of oil. The carrier may also include an adsorbent. The product is stored and shipped in a plastic bag and is sprayed onto its target host or the like. The moisture and pH then activates the organisms.
