The footwear has a lacing device with a blocker (12) blocking a lace (11) and a control unit (23) slackening the lace. The lace is pulled for passing the footwear from an opening position to a tightening position, in a tightening phase of the footwear. The unit is pulled for passing the footwear from the tightened position to the opening position, in a loosening phase of the footwear.
