Device to produce pulpy juice from the vegetable raw material has a case, placed in bracket bearing unit, cone perforation rotor placed at vertical shaft, and provided with filter insert, device for grinding the raw material, spindle placed coaxially to the rotor, the rotor and spindle drives with appliance to modify the number of rotations, and devices for the raw material filling, juice discharge and bagasse evacuation. The rotor is provided with cone boss, placed to the shift with the bottom adjoining to the cone rotor part, at that the spindle located at the case and provided with radial ribs, and the appliance for grinding the raw material is performed in form of travelers, connected to radial ribs and placed angularly to the rotor axis and its radius with a possibility of modifying their orientation, at that the travelers are placed with a gap of 1-3 mm to the filter insert, and appliances to modify the number of rotations are made in form of electronic frequency rate control, at that the device for filling raw material is made in form of the tube mounted inside of the spindle.
