The proposed device for transmitting data by noise signals contains a wide-band noise signal generator, a band-pass filter, a time delay element, an inverter, and a switching unit, which are installed on the side of data transmission, and an input filter, a time delay element, a multiplier, and an integrator, which are installed on the side of data reception. The output of the noise signal generator is connected to the input of the band-pass filter. The output of the band-pass filter is connected to the input of the inverter via the time delay element. The inputs of the switching unit are accordingly connected to the outputs of the band-pass filter, time delay element, and inverter. The control input of the switching unit is connected to the corresponding output of the data source. The output of the filter on the side of data reception is connected to the input of the time delay element.The inputs of the multiplier are accordingly connected to the outputs of the filter and the time delay unit. The output of the multiplier is connected to the input of the integrator.
