A harrow evener with a hydraulic device contains a hitch frame, a central beam, side swing frames, a mechanism to pull-up the straps, a hydraulic system, running and transport wheels, spring-tooth harrows, a system for attachment of harrows. The system for attachment of harrows is made of three complete girders, which are hingedly connected between each other, each of them has a bar placed in parallel relative to a central bar and to swing frames, and transversal rods connected thereto.
