The proposed method for determining disorders of lipidic metabolism in patients with psoriasis consists in analyzing wash-outs from the skin surface and the samples of the perspiration of the patient, comparing the analysis results with the indicators of lipidic metabolism that are determined by the analysis of the patient's blood serum, determining the content of fatty acids by gas-liquid chromatography, comparing the said indicators with reference indicators, and determining the presence of the disorders of lipidic metabolism if the said indicators values are reduced.
