The method for treating the experimental allergic encephalomyelitis using the fetal nerve cells comprises the injection of fetal cell suspension. The allogenic fetal nerve cells of the second half of gestation are used with this aim. The suspension is preincubated for 20 minutes at room temperature to eliminate the dead cells and the cell debris. The suspension is injected suboccipitally.
