TECHNIQUE FOR REFLUX-FREE CHOLEDOCHOJEJUNOANASTOMOSIS

The technique for reflux-free choledochojejunoanastomosis comprises the formation of the choledochojejunoanastomosis with the segment of the jejunum excluded according to Roux procedure and the formation of side-to-side jejunoduodenoanastomosis. Distally, the plug to the small intestine is applied according to O. Shalimov's technique. The initial division of the jejunum is separated sparing the arcade of the first row of the jejunal artery. Abovecholedochojejunoanastomosis, the antireflux valve is shaped according to Ya. Vitebskyi's technique.
