The proposed mobile advertisement device is designed as a vehicle equipped with a special platform with elements that provide the lateral stability of the platform. At the platform, an advertising stand is installed. The stand contains a frame, trihedral prism, which is installed at the frame, and a unit for synchronously rotating the prisms. The prisms are installed so that their facets are arranged in the same plane. The elements of the advertisement are installed at the facets of the prism.
