<p>The valve includes ribs (9,10) extending inward from the inner wall of the inlet (2) formed to a valve casing (1). A guide member (12) is integrally formed to the inner ends of the ribs, and performs sliding contact with the outer surface of a valve stem (7) extending from a valve piece (6). A recess (20) is formed at the inlet side of the valve piece, to selectively receive the ribs and the guide member. The valve casing also has a valve chest (3) and an outlet (4). A toroidal valve seat (5), selectively abutted by the valve piece, is formed between the valve chest and the inlet.</p> |
