METHOD FOR TOPICAL TREATMENT OF CHRONIC NON-SPECIFIC CYSTITIS

The method for the topical treatment of the chronic non-specific cystitis comprises the intravesical instillation of antiseptic and/or antibacterial drugs and the therapeutic cystoscopies. 0.01% solution of Miramistin in a volume of 20.0 ml is used for the endovesical instillations. The drug is instilled at the end of cystoscopy. The next day or the day after tomorrow, the drug is administered via the urethral catheter. The initial exposure time is 10-15 minutes. Then the exposure time increases by 10-15 minutes with each procedure. Nevertheless, the exposure time should not exceed one hour.
