A method for obtaining composition coatings consists in that in the course of laser treatment of electroarc coating of powder wire with high content of aluminium and oxygen therein a composition ceramic coating based on oxide of Al2O3 is formed with inclusion of plastic metal balls. Such coatings have a high wear resistance due to the matrix of Al2O3, and presence of plastic metal balls provides a low level of residual stretching stresses and sufficient plasticity of all the coating.
