METHOD FOR SEWING DUODENAL STUMP WITH REMAINING BLEEDING DUODENAL ULCER

The method for sewing the duodenal stump with remaining bleeding duodenal ulcer comprises suturing the ulcer with the silk ligature and sewing up the opening of the intestine using two-row interrupted suture. The stump is dissected longitudinally until the edge where the ulcer locates. Below, the opposite edge of the stump is sewed by the interrupted sutures. Then demucosed flap is cut from the duodenal wall on the side of the ulcer. The flap is rolled and fixed by the ligature to the bottom of the ulcer.
