An apparatus for growing microorganisms consists of reactor, bubble aeration mechanism, cooling jacket, diffuser, nipple for power supply and withdrawal of cultural medium and ventilation pipe. The bubble aeration mechanism is made in the form of ring peripheral system. The ventilation pipe is provided with gate having program control of position thereof.
