A dynamic crusher contains a housing mounted on a frame on shock struts with loading and unloading funnels and a vertical crushing chamber located in it, which is formed by a disk system with open-endholes mounted in tiers in the housing. The disk of lower tier in the upper part is made with a conical lug, which enters with a gap into the opening of the disk of tier, which is located above, and fixed in the housing by means of elastic elements with possibility of displacement along horizontal line from an exciter of oscillations. The exciter ofoscillations is made in the form of located in the cavity of opening of the lower disk of the crusher runner as a roller with carrier fixed on the shaft of engine by means of elastic system with possibility of longitudinal travel in the radial direction for ensuring the conditions of rolling of runner over the side of the cavity of disk, moreover, the engine is fastened to the bottom of housing, and the roller is made with a shift of the center of gravity relative to its axis of rotation.
