The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the transplantology and is intended for improving the efficacy of the surgery technique and the outcome of the pancreas grafting due to the improvement of the techniques in generating intravascular donor-recipient connections. The method for the recovery of blood flow in the donor's pancreo-duodenal complex in transplantation of pancreas comprises the removal of the transplanted complex together with the neuroganglionic elements and the preparation of the vascular peduncle of the graft in the course of the donor stage of transplantation by tailoring the aortal site with the ostiums of the celiac trunk and the upper mesentery artery as well as the short segment of the portal vein followed by anastomosing with the iliac artery and the vein of the recipient after the cold conservation.
