The method for diagnosing and preparing the lateral teeth for microprosthetic dentistry procedures comprises the diagnosis of the aproximal caries cavities of the lateral teeth, the opening of the caries cavity, necroectomy, the shaping of the cavity, the washing and drying of the cavity, and the restoration of the anatomical shape of the tooth with the aid of the ceramic inlay. The diagnosis of the aproximal caries cavities of the lateral teeth, the opening of the caries cavity, necroectomy, the shaping of the cavity and its washing is performed concurrently with the endoscopy of the operating field.
