Device for raising the closet basin superimposed appliances, preferable the seat and cover, includes mechanism of the cover rotation around of its horizontal joint coupling, and a pedal in the base of the closet basin. At that it has mechanism of the closet basin seat rotation, at that each of rotation mechanism is made in form of rotation axis with a pedal placed at the one end and springy lever from the other end.
