A harrow evener with a hydraulic device, constituent parts of which is a hitch frame, a central bar, side swing frames, a mechanism to pull-up the straps, a hydraulic system, running and transport wheels, spring-tooth harrows. The mechanism to pull-up the straps is made with separate levers, to the upper parts of which the straps going away to the side swing frames are attached, and the lower part hingedly rotates around the axis which is in perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the hitch frame.
