A process of preparation of fruit biokefirs enriched with iodine and selenium includes normalization of a milk mix, its heating, clarification on centrifugal milk cleaners, homogenization, pasteurization, cooling up to temperature of ripening, introducing ferments of direct introducing, ripening, introducing of bioactive additive with fruit-and-berry builders, aging and prepackaging of finished product. Standardized syrups "Spirulex" enriched with iodine and selenium are used as bioactive additive, those are introduced to soured milk base in a doze of 100-130 ml/l, carefully mixed, cooled and kept for additional aging.
