The method for treating the cicatricial flexion contractures of the fingers in the hand comprises the dissection of the cicatrices in the palmar surface of the fingers, the extension of the flexed fingers, and the closure of the wound surface. The reconstructive surgery of the active palmar surface of the fingers is performed with the use of the healthy cutaneous layer including the back of the vascular and nerve fascicle taken from the tissues of the back and lateral surface, which were previously stretched because of the prolonged flexed position of the finger. At the same time, the donor area is covered.
