System, consisting of heater (11) for endless strip (1) of thermoformable material, and molding unit (12) to form strip into containers (2), enclosed in aseptic chamber (22) with conveyor (15), has heater able to make contact with strip (1) and act as additional conveyor. The main conveyor (15) and heater are operated synchronously in direction of strip's travel to avoid any stresses in strip material between heater and molding unit. The system, consisting of a heater (11) for an endless strip (1) of a thermoformable material, and a molding unit (12) to form the strip into containers (2), enclosed in an aseptic chamber (22) with a conveyor (15), has the heater able to make contact with the strip (1) and act as an additional conveyor. The main conveyor (15) and the heater are operated synchronously in the direction of the strip's travel to avoid any stresses in the strip material between the heater and molding unit. The heater consists of two panels (34, 35) that can move horizontally in the same direction as the strip and is situated immediately before the molding unit. Additional heat is applied to the strip by infrared heaters (44, 45) above and below it. The main conveyor acts in a similar manner and is in the form of two clamps (16, 17) that draw the filled and sealed containers from the chamber's outlet and pass them to a separator (20).
