The unit for the mobility of the joint prosthesis contains two articular ends and the insert representing the elastic sheath made of the reinforced material filled with the bioinert fluid located between the said articular ends. The cavity of the elastic sheath is enforced with the fibers running in mutually perpendicular planes.
