A valve mechanism of combustion engine with piston repeater of profile of conical cam additionally has installed in parallel in the head of the cylinder block camshaft with conical cams and tubular rod on which with possibility of motion levers for the valve drive are installed, at that the pipe of the tubular rod is a liquid main, and the lever of the valve drive has a plug, channels and cylinder in which gap compensator and piston are installed, its upper section has skew cut arranged at angle from 30 to 45 DEGREE to the axis of the piston, at that the working plane of the piston formed by the cut contacts to the conical profile of the cam of the camshaft, respectively, and under its action the piston performs partial rotary motion corresponding to the angle of inclination of the profile of the conical cam.
