The device has a keyboard formed of 60 keys divided into two distinct groups, and presented in front of a box. One group called a priority group represents 36 abbreviations for designing a syllable by the association of 24 abbreviations constituted on the other group, in a primary operating mode. An inversion key (2) and a disintegration key (3) are pressed for inverting the syllable and disintegrating the 60 keys, respectively.
