The insert (11) used for supporting and slightly shaping the breast of the user is made of silicone in an oval shape and provided with a central core. Several parallel positioned gaps (13) at the surface facing the body are either transversally or longitudinally arranged in order to serve as ventilation ducts and to reduce the weight of the element. The gaps (13) can also be arranged as a grid, diagonally, or positioned on both sides of the insert (11). The material of the resulting ribs (12) can be moved sideward but resists a force acting linear on them from the front.
