The assembly has a supply cable (15) extending from a passenger compartment of a motor vehicle and traversing an opening (6) of an embrasure (4) and a window (11) of a door. The cable is terminated by a socket (12) cooperating with contacts of an electronic module (9). The module is fixed to an internal face of a wall of the door and has the contacts situated to right of the window.
