The wall has inner and outer skins (2, 3) respectively oriented inwards and outwards of a building. The skins are positioned opposite to each other so as to be parallel and at a certain distance from each other to define a gap packed by concrete that flows between the skins. The skins (2, 3) are constituted by concrete and facing plates (6, 7), respectively. The plate (7) has a plate made of an insulating material. An independent claim is also included for a method of fabricating a wall with an integrated formwork.
