<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unauthorized reuse while reducing the risk of unnecessary antenna disconnection. <P>SOLUTION: A contactless IC label 1 is so constructed that an antenna 12 is formed on one surface of a base material 14, an IC chip 11 capable of contactless information writing and reading via the antenna 12 is mounted on the base material 14 so as to be connected to the antenna 12, and adhesive 20 is applied to the surface of the base material 14 with the antenna 12 formed.
