<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate capable of being held in a stable state even at an intermediate position between a maximum tilting position and a minimum tilting position and performing tilting operation in the stable state, to provide a variable displacement hydraulic rotary machine using the swash plate and to provide a processing method of lubrication grooves to be formed in the swash plate. <P>SOLUTION: A swash plate main body 20 is formed on a front face side with an inclined plane portion 20a along which piston ends slide and on a rear face side with a first seat surface 21a and a second seat surface 21b. The swash plate main body is formed on the rear face side with a recessed hole 22 in which the slide surface portion of a positioning member for slantly supporting the swash plate main body 20 is fitted. A plurality of concentric lubrication grooves 41 and the lubrication grooves 40 obliquely crossing the respective concentric grooves 41 are formed in an inner peripheral surface of the recessed hole 22. Lubrication oil introduced through the lubrication grooves 40 is supplied all over sliding surfaces of the sliding surface portion and the recessed hole 22 in a state that the sliding surface portion of the positioning member is fitted in the recessed hole 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
