<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment consulting server capable of providing exact consulting that matches inquiries. <P>SOLUTION: The environment consulting server 1 is connected to a client terminal 4 and a consultant terminal 6 via a network 2 and is capable of sending answer information to the client terminal 4 via inquiry information received from the client terminal 4. The environment consulting server 1 includes a keyword extracting part 22 for extracting keywords from the inquiry information according to a specialty database 18 in which keywords are classified according to specialty and stored; a specialty specifying part 24 for specifying the specialty associated with the inquiry information, by performing computations based on the result of extraction of the keywords; and a destination determining part for sending the inquiry information to the consultant terminal 6 that matches the specialty specified by the inquiry information and for sending the answer information received from the consultant terminal 6 to the client terminal 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
