PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard stuffing structure having improved fatigue resistance to reduce bottoming feeling, and effectively usable for a pillow, a cushion, a mattress or the like. SOLUTION: The hard stuffing structure having the improved fatigue resistance is obtained by mixing a non-elastic polyester-based crimped staple fiber (A) with a non-elastic thermobonding conjugate staple fiber (B) in a weight ratio (A:B) of (90:10)-(50:50), and fusing at least a part of mutual fibers to form fixed points. A surface-treating agent consisting essentially of a polyether-ester-based block copolymer in a proportion of 0.02-5.0 wt.% based on the fiber weight is attached to the surface of the fiber in the fiber structure. The non-elastic thermobonding conjugate staple fiber (B) is obtained by arranging a polyester copolymer having a melting point 30-150°C lower than the melting point of the polymer constituting the staple fiber (A), and a polyester polymer having a melting point higher than that of the copolyester polymer in a weight ratio of (30:70)-(70:30).
