PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load control unit keeping stableness of a current value that flows in each FET, when a motor is driven with two FETs connected in parallel. SOLUTION: The load control unit provided in a circuit that connects a battery +B to a motor M1, controls the drive of the motor M1 and comprises: two FETs (T1), (T2) arranged in parallel to the circuit that connects the battery +B to the motor M1; and a PWM control device 1 that outputs to each of the FETs (T1), (T2) duty signals for obtaining desired duty ratio. The PWM control device 1 controls the ON times of the duty signals outputted to each of the FETs (T1), (T2) in such a way that the times do not overlap. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
