PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive resin material and its manufacturing method wherein migration is hard to occur, resistance value is low, weight reduction of used electronic parts can be carried out, concentration gradient of a conductive material can be formed easily, design freedom of used electronic parts can be increased, and furthermore, application to the electronic parts can be made inexpensively and easily. SOLUTION: This is the conductive resin 2 having a non-conductive resin material 3 and a conductive material 4 mixed into the resin material 3. Concentration gradient of the conductive material 4 in the resin material 3 is formed in the film thickness direction of the conductive resin 2. After the resin material 3 into which the conductive material 4 is mixed is coated on the substrate 1, the conductive material 4 is made to move to the substrate 1 direction by a conductive material transfer means 6 positioned on the downward side of the substrate 1, and the concentration gradient of the conductive material 4 in the resin material 3 is formed in the film thickness direction.
