PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road shoulder block which is arranged in order to prevent rainwater from flowing from a road to a private plot, and is protected from being damaged or cracked when a vehicle such as a passenger car or an agricultural work vehicle runs onto the same, to thereby eliminate flowage of rainwater into the private plot. SOLUTION: The road shoulder block has a predetermined length that is sufficient for being laid along a road shoulder structure, and has a trapezoidal cross section or a trapezoidal cross section with a round corner extending along one upper side.
