PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade-like chip dispenser having a pivoted lid facilitating a dispensing of stored blade-like chip, showing a certain direction and dropping no dispensed blade-like chip. SOLUTION: This device comprises an inner body 100 formed by a cylindrical peripheral wall and a bottom plate, a pivoted lid 200 for opening or closing an opening of the container body and a dispenser member 300 engaged with an inside part of the container body. The pivoted lid has an inner part sealing ring 230 having its pivoted side partially set high which is installed at the lower surface. The dispenser member is set such that a blade-like chip storing cylinder 320 with a horizontal sectional outer peripheral shape of square having its central line at a center point of a disc-like top plate 310 is vertically installed, a cross-shaped guide rib 330 having a center line at the center point of the disc-like top plate is vertically installed at the lower surface of the inner disc-like top plate of this blade-like chip storing cylinder and an L-shaped dispensing port 340 having two dispensing groove holes continuous at a 90 degree is arranged at the disc-like top plate.
