PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a racing cart stand capable of mounting and moving a racing cart by the operation of only one worker by reducing the entire height of the racing cart stand when the racing cart is mounted, and changing the height of the racing cart stand to an optimum position during the movement of the racing cart, preventing the occurrence of a fall accident of the racing cart and enhancing the operability and the safety thereof. SOLUTION: Frames (1a+1b) which are turnably and pivotably supported in X-shape in side view are arranged facing each other. A pair of upper supporting frames 2a, 2b are stretched parallel to each other between upper ends of the frames (1a+1b) facing each other. A cushion material 7 is arranged on one upper supporting frame 2a, and a rotating roller 8 is turnably arranged on the other upper supporting frame 2b.
