PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot rest suitable for the use of children or the like who are not tall. SOLUTION: The foot rest 1 comprises a seat-surface sheet 2 placed under a hip of a seated person, a calf-abutting cushion material 3 which is connected to a front end of the seat 2 to support the calf of the seated person from a lower side, a foot-rest member 4 which is connected to the calf-abutting cushion material 3 to support feet of the seated person from the lower side, and connection members 5, 6 extending from a forward end of the foot-rest member 4 to maintain the position of the foot-rest member 4.
