PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce abrasion of partition plates partitioning inside of a mill into multiple spaces, to reduce exchange frequency of the partition plates, and to enhance milling efficiency and reduce cost. SOLUTION: In the mill milling a milling object by taking in the object into a drum body containing a milling medium, the partition plates are attached to a central shaft axially penetrating through the drum body to partition the drum body into mutually communicating multiple milling chambers, and multiple bits are protrudedly provided on the surface of the partition plates.
