REACTION DEVICE FOR PROCESS FLUID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction device for a process fluid capable of suppressing polarized concentration of an acid to a lower part in a vessel by giving a stirring action to the fluid in the reaction vessel by a relatively simple constitution, enhancing a corrosion relaxing function of the reaction vessel at a low cost and more effectively realizing a long life of the reaction vessel. SOLUTION: The reaction device for the process fluid is provided with a process fluid feeding line 2 for feeding the process fluid a; a process fluid feeding nozzle 6 provided at a distal end of the line; the reaction vessel 3 for performing the reaction for producing the acid by the process fluid delivered from the nozzle; and a fluid removing out line 4 for removing out the fluid after the reaction from the reaction vessel. A delivery port 7 of the process fluid feeding nozzle 6 is installed such that it is directed to a vertical and upper part in the reaction vessel 3 or is installed such that it is directed in an opposite direction to a liquid removing out port 9 of the fluid removing out line 4.
