PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paddle capable of uniform agitation mixing of an object to be mixed in a short time while preventing engulfment of air bubbles and to provide a mixer and a mixing method using the same. SOLUTION: The paddle 6 agitates and mixes the object to be mixed 8 while dipped, so as not to relatively rotate, in the object to be mixed 8 as contents rotating together with a mixing vessel 5. The paddle 6 is provided with a shaft part 10 which is inserted in a vertical direction at a nearly central part of the mixing vessel 5, an arm part 11 prolonged from the shaft part 10 to an inner surface side of the mixing vessel 5 and an agitation part 12 prolonged upward or downward from an outer end part of the arm part 11 along an inner surface of the mixed vessel 5, wherein at least one pair of paddle main body parts 13 constituted of the arm part 11 and the agitation part 12 are provided at the shaft part 10, and the length of the arm part 11 from the shaft part 10 to the agitation part 12 is set so as to have different values with respect to at least one pair of paddle main body parts 13.
