PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket angle adjustment device with reduced rotation/operation force of an operation shaft by devising the shape of teeth of an externally toothed gear and an internally toothed gear. SOLUTION: As for the shape of the external teeth 14b of the externally toothed gear 14, the addendum T1, which is the distance from a reference circle PC(14) to a tip circle AC(14), has a semicircular shape with one point (a) on the reference circle PC(14) as the center, and the dedemdum T2, which is the distance from the reference circle PC(14) to a root circle DC(14), has an undercut shape.
