PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the work of attaching an option member to a top plate 1. SOLUTION: The option member is attached through a bracket 4 to the top plate 1 provided with a side part structure wall 12. On the non-use end of the top plate 1, bracket insertion ports 155 and 133 for making an internal space positioned on the inner surface side of the side part structure wall 12 communicate to the outside are provided. The insertion end part 41 of the bracket 4 inserted into the internal space through the bracket insertion ports 155 and 133 is tightened and fixed to the inner surface side of the side part structure wall 12 by a fixing tool 5 made to pass through the side part structure wall 12.
