PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional harness for an excrements storage bag or the like exposes the excrements storage bag to the eyes of other people at the time of action for changing clothes or the like, and that the excrements storage bag swings because it is vertically hung outside of an ostomy belt with the fear of the leakage of excrements or the like as well as the restrictions in free action. SOLUTION: This harness for excrements storage bag or the like comprises an annular strip, and a bag holding section which is vertically hung from a part of the strip. A section of the strip which corresponds to the bag holding section can open an arbitrary section. The bag holding section is opaque, and is formed to be detachable from the corresponding strip by being folded back. The harness for the excrements storage bag or the like can hold a bag such as the excrements storage bag in a space between the strip and the bag holding section under a state in which the bag holding section is fitted on the strip, and thus, the above mentioned problem can be solved.
