PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine supplier capable of evading the inconvenience that overflow from a container at the time of filling the medicines. SOLUTION: The medicine supplier 1 fills the medicines discharged from a tablet case 9 to the medicine bottle and is provided with a means for detecting that the medicines are to overflow from the medicine bottle. The medicine supplier 1 comprises a discharge drum for discharging the medicines inside the tablet case, a medicine detection sensor arranged right above the upper surface opening of the medicine bottle for detecting the medicines discharged from the tablet case, a controller and a display for an alarm. The controller discharges the medicines from the tablet case by controlling the discharge drum, counts the discharged medicines on the basis of the detection operation of the medicine detection sensor, and in the case that the medicine detection sensor continuously detects the medicines, judges that the medicines are to overflow from the medicine bottle and issues an alarm.
